Application of the Origin software on the analysis of high-cycle fatigue life

摘要 为了研究Origin软件在高周疲劳寿命分析中的优势,采用GB/T 24176-2009《金属材料疲劳试验数据统计方案和分析方法》中的数据,对比了Origin软件和传统方法在疲劳寿命双对数概率分布和S-N曲线统计估计中的分析过程。结果表明,采用Origin软件可以减少甚至避免传统的正态分布图解法中的人为误差和GB/T 24176-2009中S-N曲线统计估计的复杂计算过程。所以采用Origin软件可以更加准确、快捷地实现对高周疲劳寿命的分析。 To investigate the advantage of Origin software on the analysis of the high-cycle fatigue life,the analysis processes of the double logarithmic probability distribution of fatigue lives and the S-N curve by the Origin software and traditional methods were compared based on the datas from GB/T 24176-2009 Metallic materials-Fatigue testing-Statistical planning. The results showed that the personality error for the traditional normal distribution graphical method and the complex calculation process of S-N curve analysis in the GB/T 24176-2009 could be reduced or even avoided by Origin software. Therefore,it could improve the accuracy and efficiency in the analysis of high-cycle fatigue life by Origin software.
