摘要
介绍了金属材料室温拉伸的试验速率分段,探讨了应力速率与应变速率的关系,平行长度应变速率与应变速率的关系,应力速率与平行长度应变速率的关系,横梁位移速率与平行长度应变速率的关系,提出了拉伸试验速率设置的建议。根据试验机现有的速率控制手段和材料性能指标的测量需要,选用合适的速率控制模式。根据选用的速率控制模式和材料的屈服点,正确确定试验速率转换点。
The process section of test rate of the metal material tensile test at room temperature was introduced. The relationship between the stress rate and strain rate,the relationship between strain rate over the parallel length and strain rate,the relationship between stress rate and strain rate over the parallel length,and the relationship between crosshead separation rate and strain rate over the parallel length were discussed. And some suggestions of the setting for tensile test rate were put forward. According to the existing rate control methods of the testing machine and the measuring requirement of the material performance index,the suitable rate control mode was selected. According to the selected rate control mode and the yield point of the material,the test rate conversion point was correctly determined.
