摘要
本研究以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚醚二元醇(N210)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)和双酚F型环氧树脂(EP)等为主要原料,制备环氧改性的聚氨酯水性(WPU)涂料。实验结果表明:环氧树脂中的环氧基发生了开环反应,同时苯环作用导致生成的环氧改性水性聚氨酯乳液的涂膜的耐冲击性、铅笔硬度等性能增强;随环氧树脂用量增加,水性聚氨酯涂料粘度增大,当环氧树脂添加量为6 Wt%-8Wt%时,所得水性聚氨酯乳液性能最佳。
In this paper, hexamethylene diisocyanate(HMDI), polyether diol(N210), 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA), bisphenol Fepoxy resin(EP) and a shrink Diethylene glycol(DEG) were used as the main raw material to prepare waterborne polyurethane(WPU) emulsions with epoxy modified. The experimental results show that the epoxy resin has an ring-opening reaction, and the impact resistance and pencil hardness of the coating film of the epoxy-modified water-based polyurethane emulsion was enchanced by the existence of the benzene ring. The viscosity of aqueous polyurethane coatings gradually increases with the epoxy resin dosage increasing. As a result, the comprehensive performance of the emulsion and coating was the best when the amount of EP was 6-8 Wt%.
