基于关系曲线特征分析的水轮机组故障诊断方法

摘要 本文分析了水轮发电机组故障诊断领域里,振动强度与转速、压力、负载以及流量间幅值的相关系数法的不足,引入关系曲线形状特征提取方法,表征水轮发电机组状态特性,并以振动与转速的幅值关系曲线为例,改进二维点非闭合曲线编码,利用编码区间特征表征曲线形状,通过向量机自动识别关系曲线,判断水轮发电机组故障原因。最后,将该方法应用于机组振动问题分析实例,验证了基于关系曲线特征分析的故障诊断方法的工程实用价值。 The defects of traditional methods for extracting the correlation factor between vibration and other parameters in hydraulic turbine fault diagnosis are analyzed,and the idea of using the shape of relation curve to characterize the vibration correlation is introduced.To take the vibration-speed relation as example, the rule of Interval vector feature coding is improved to identify the two-dimensional curve automatically.Then the fault cause of water turbine generator is judged by the relation curve of vector machine. Finally,this method is applied to the vibration problem analysis of the unit,which verifies the practicability of the method based on relationship curve in hydraulic turbine fault diagnosis.
