摘要 抽水蓄能电站的球阀是关系电站机组安全运行的关键部件,而球阀密封所产生的自激振荡已严重威胁球阀的运行安全。本文以桐柏抽水蓄能电站所出现的密封自激振荡为例,通过事件还原及原因分析,从球阀水路改造以及运行人员的现场应对措施两方面解决问题,供相关问题研究作为参考。 The ball valve of pumped storage power station is the key component of the safe operation of the power station unit, and self-excited oscillation caused by ball valve seal has seriously threatened the operation safety of ball valve.According to work seal self-excited oscillation incident which had happened in Tongbai pumped-storage hydroelectricity,the generating process and cause were analyzed.Then,the solution for this problem was presented based on the waterway renovation of ball valve and operation specification for operator on duty,which can be referred for researchers and operating management.
