接触面特性对面板堆石坝应力变形的影响性研究

摘要 接触面力学特性对混凝土面板堆石坝的安全运营存在重要影响,因此有必要研究垫层料表面喷涂乳化沥青前后的力学特性并分析接触面力学特性对面板堆石坝应力变形的影响。依托某抽水蓄能电站工程,基于Clough和Duncan的接触面非线性本构模型,采用数值分析方法研究了喷涂乳化沥青前后接触面力学特性对面板堆石坝应力变形的影响。计算结果表明,垫层料与混凝土面板接触面特性对面板应力存在一定影响,对大坝应力变形及止水缝变形均无明显影响。当接触面涂抹乳化沥青时,面板拉应力有所降低,说明接触面涂乳化沥青对改善面板受力状态有一定作用。因此,建议在混凝土面板和垫层间涂抹一定厚度的乳化沥青,可起到减小混凝土拉应力,减少裂缝,改善面板工作性状的作用。 The mechanical behavior of soil-structure interface has a great influence on the safety of the concrete-faced reckfill dam (CFRD ).Therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanical behavior of interface between cushion material and concrete face slab which is coated with emulsified asphalt.Based on a pumped storage power station,the study on influence of interface behavior on stress and deformation of CFRD is carried out.The nonlinear constitutive model of interface proposed by Clough and Duncan is applied to the numerical analysis.The results show that the behavior of interface between cushion material and concrete face slab has a certain influence on the stress of the slab and has little influence on the stress and deformation of the dam body and sealed joint.If the interface is coated with emulsified asphalt,the tensile stress of the slab is decreasing and the operation status can be improved. Therefore,a certain thickness of emulsified asphalt is suggested to coating the interface between the cushion material and slab,which has the effect on reducing the cracks and improving stress status of the concrete face slab.
