摘要
介绍了导向轮和曳引轮未发生偏移时钢带的受力分析、发生偏移时钢带的受力分析,并做了对比。通过理论计算、试验验证综合分析,得出导向轮偏移量在6mm以内,而且偏移角度为1°以内对复合钢带使用寿命影响最小。
The comparison between the force of the coated steel belt is introduced when the guiding pulley and the sheave are not offset and the force of the coated steel belt when their offset occurs,through the comprehensive analysis of theoretical calculation and test verification,it is concluded that the deviation of diverting pulley is less than 6 mm,and the deviation angle is less than 1 degree,which has the smallest influence on the service life of the coated steel belt.
