老年髋关节骨折手术行超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞的护理干预与麻醉配合

Nursing intervention and anesthesia coordination for ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment block in the operation of hip joint fracture in the elderly

目的对老年患者髋关节骨折患者在超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞的护理干预和麻醉配合状况进行分析。方法选取我院2016年6月—2017年12月在超声引导下行髂筋膜阻滞的老年髋关节骨折患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为两组:在手术过程中采用常规护理的定义为对照组,把在手术过程中采用综合护理干预的定义为研究组,每组各50例。对两组麻醉前的准备时间,神经阻滞操作时间,手术时间以及对护理的满意程度进行对比。结果研究组患者麻醉准备平均时间低于对照组(P<0.05),对照组对整个护理过程的满意率为76%,低于研究组94%的满意率。结论在老年患者髋关节骨折手术行超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞时,综合护理干预的采取能够减少麻醉前准备时间,提高患者麻醉配合程度和满意率,这对手术的顺利进行有着重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the condition of the nursing intervention and anesthesia cooperation in the operation of elderly patients with hip fracture under ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment block.Methods 100 patients with hip fracture who were treated with fascia iliaca compartment block during June 2016 to December 2017 were chose as research objects,they were randomized into two groups,control group and study group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention while the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The preparation time of two groups before anesthesia,the time of nerve block operation and operation time,and the satisfaction on the nursing were compared. Results The average time for anesthesia of patients in the study group was less than the control group( P< 0.05). And its satisfaction rate on nursing was 94%,which was higher than 76% of control group( P<0.05).Conclusions For the elderly patients undergoing hip fracture surgery under ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment block,the implement of comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the preparation time before anesthesia and improve the degree of anesthesia cooperation and satisfaction for the nursing,which has great significance for the smooth progress of surgery.
