萹蓄乙酸乙酯部提取物对哮喘和COPD模型小鼠的治疗作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨中草药萹蓄乙酸乙酯部提取物(EAFP)对哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型小鼠的治疗作用。方法采用鸡卵清蛋白刺激法与吸烟法分别构建小鼠哮喘与COPD模型。比较EAFP及槲皮素对乙酰胆碱预刺激哮喘组、COPD组和对照组小鼠离体气管环张力的影响。观察EAFP对哮喘组和对照组小鼠肺内支气管收缩的抑制效果。结果EAFP对哮喘组、COPD组小鼠气管环张力抑制效果与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义[(64.94±4.33)%、(74.24±1.73)%vs.(57.40±4.20)%](P>0.05)。槲皮素对哮喘组和COPD组小鼠气管环张力抑制效果与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义[(101.30±5.70)%、(103.00±1.90)%vs.(104.35±1.12)%](P>0.05)。EAFP对哮喘组支气管管腔面积减小的抑制效果比对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论 EAFP对乙酰胆碱刺激引起的模型小鼠气管环张力与肺内支气管管腔面积的减小均有抑制作用,可有效缓解哮喘和COPD模型小鼠肺阻塞。 Objective To explore the efficacy of Polygonum aviculare L(EAFP)in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of mouse models.Methods Mouse asthma and COPD models were established using classical chicken ovalbumin stimulation and smoking,respectively.The effects of EAFP and quercetin on isolated tracheal ring tension were compared among three groups of asthma,COPD and control mice pre-stimulated by acetylcholine.The inhibitory effect of EAFP on intrapulmonary bronchoconstriction in the groups of asthma and control mice was observed.Results Compared with control group,there was no significant difference in the effect of EAFP on the tracheal ring tension in groups of asthma and COPD [(64.94±4.33)% and(74.24±1.73)% vs.(57.40±4.20)%](P >0.05).Compared with control group,there was no significant difference in the effect of quercetin on the tracheal ring tension in groups of asthma and COPD [(101.30±5.70)%and(103.00±1.90)% vs.(104.35±1.12)%](P >0.05).The inhibitory effect of EAFP on the reduction of bronchial lumen area in asthma group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion EAFP may inhibit the tracheal ring tension and the decrease of intrapulmonary bronchial area in the model mice induced by acetylcholine stimulation,which can effectively alleviate lung obstruction in asthmatic and COPD mice.
