摘要
介绍一种新型旋转盘扣式支架,并对单跨四步竖向支架体系进行了静力加载试验。通过试验研究,得到各层不同类型杆件的内力变化和竖向支架的位移变化数据。研究分析整体竖向支架各层不同类型杆件的内力传递途径、破坏模式,并绘制荷载-位移曲线图和荷载-应变曲线,对竖向支架的性能进行了综合评估。采用ANSYS软件建立支架结构有限元模型,通过对有限元模型考虑初始缺陷和调整结构刚度进行分析,得到与试验结果较吻合的数值分析模型。研究表明:新型旋转盘扣式竖向支架承载力高于传统扣件式脚手架,且有良好的经济效益。
A new type of vertical bracket with ringlock plate buckle was introduced, and the static loading test of the single-span four-step vertical bracket system was carried out. Through the experimental study, the internal forces of different types of tubes and the displacement data of the vertical bracket were obtained. The internal force transmission ways and failure modes of different types of tubes of the whole vertical bracket were analyzed, so as to obtain the load-displacement curve and load-strain curve, the performance of vertical bracket was also evaluated comprehensively. ANSYS was used to establish the finite element model of bracket structure, by analyzing the initial defects and adjusting the stiffness of the finite element model, a numerical model was obtained which was consistent with the experimental results. The results showed that the bearing capacity of vertical bracket with ringlock plate buckle was higher than that of traditional steel tubular scaffold with couplers, and it had good economic benefit.
