带十字芯板的方钢管阻尼器力学性能研究

摘要 提出一种由中部削弱的方钢管与十字芯板组成的金属阻尼器,对阻尼器的构造、制作方法及工作原理进行阐述,建立了有限元模型,研究了高度、宽度、厚度、削弱程度对阻尼器力学性能的影响。结果表明:合理设计的方钢管阻尼器既具有较大的刚度和承载力,又具有优秀的延性和耗能性能。最后给出阻尼器各参数的取值范围。 A new metallic damper composed of square steel tube weakened in the middle and cross core plates was proposed. The configuration, manufacturing method and work mechanism of the damper were introduced. The finite element models were built to study the influences of height, width, thickness and weakness on mechanical properties of the damper. The results showed that well-designed dampers had the advantages of stiffness, bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation. Finally the design parameters of the damper were proposed.
