摘要
根据《矩形钢管构件自锁式单向高强螺栓连接设计规程》(报批稿)设计了重庆优顺标准厂房矩形钢管柱与H型钢梁平齐式端板单向螺栓节点,验算了各部件抗剪承载力,依据端板破坏原则验算了端板及柱壁厚度,保证了节点的抗弯承载力。计算了节点转动刚度,保证其能承受一定的偶然弯矩或次弯矩。节点ABAQUS模型的有限元与理论计算结果对比表明,对于交错排布的节点,理论结果偏于保守;其他节点的理论结果与有限元结果吻合较好,证明了理论计算方法的正确性。
According to the Technical Specification for H-Shaped Beam to RHS Column Connections Using Blind Bolts, flush end-plated connections between rectangular tubular columns and four sizes of H-shaped beams with blind bolts were designed in Chongqing Youshun standard factory. The shear bearing capacity of each component of each connection was calculated. While the thickness of the end plate and the column wall were checked based on the principle of end plate failure to guarantee the bending bearing capacity. The rotational stiffness of the joints were also calculated to ensure that they could withstand a certain accidental bending moment or secondary bending moment. Finally, the ABAQUS models of four connections were established, and the finite element results were obtained. The theoretical calculation results of the staggered bolts were conservative. The theoretical results of the other comections were in good agreement with the finite element results, which could prove the correction of the theoretical method.
