空间结构节点耳板连接的塑性开展控制及设计研究

摘要 耳板销轴连接整体承受钢拉杆的较大拉力,但与销轴接触局部承压并可能产生较大面积的塑性开展区域。相关设计规范根据节点板承压承载力、节点板抗撕裂承载力对节点耳板的各几何参数进行设计计算,在总体上保证节点板的承载力要求,但对于节点板各几何参数对于应变分布及位移发展控制的影响关系并不清楚。对节点板各尺寸对于控制应变开展的有效性进行分析研究,以得到各几何参数的最佳取值,使材料得到最有效的使用。 The lug-pin connection bears the great tensile force of steel rod. There is partial pressure where plate contacts with the pin and there may be a large area of plastic development. The relevant standards designed the geometric parameters of the lug based on pressure bearing capacity and tear bearing capacity, so as to meat the requirements of the plate bearing capacity in general. However, the effects of plate's geometric parameters on the control of the strain distribution and displacement are not very clear. The effectiveness of plate's geometric parameters on controlling strain development was analyzed in order to obtain the optimal value of each geometric parameter so as to make the most effective use of material.
