黑龙江省青少年二手烟暴露状况调查

Survey on second-hand smoking exposure among the youth in Heilongjiang

目的了解黑龙江省青少年二手烟暴露现状,分析二手烟暴露影响因素,为控制二手烟危害提供参考。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,在代表全省的10个监测点中抽取4152名在校初中生,进行现场问卷调查,对其二手烟暴露情况进行调查,对结果进行统计学分析。结果黑龙江省青少年二手烟暴露率为74.8%(95%CI为71.0%~78.5%),其中在家、室内公共场所、任何室外公共场所、公共交通工具暴露于二手烟的比例分别为44.7%(95%CI=40.1%~49.4%)、56.4%(95%CI=51.8%~60.9%)、59.7%(95%CI=55.9%~63.5%)、41.0%(95%CI=36.0%~46.0%)。结论黑龙江省青少年暴露于二手烟的比例较高,应以创建无烟校园为契机,大力开展各种综合性控烟干预活动。

Objective To understand the current situation of second-hand smoking exposure among the youth in Heilongjiang,analyze the influencing factors of the second-hand smoking exposure for providing reference to control hazard of explosion of second-hand smoking.Methods Multistage stratified clustering random sampling was used,a total 4152 middle school students from 10 representative surveillance areas were selected for the questionnaires survey to investigate the situation of second-hand smoking exposure.The results were analyzed.Results The rate of second-hand smoking exposure among the youth in Heilongjiang was 74.8%,(95%CI:71.0%-78.5%),the rate of second-hand smoking exposure among the youth at home ,indoor and outdoor places ,public transports were 44.7%(95%CI:40.1%-49.4%),56.4%(95%CI: 51.8%-60.9%),59.7%(95%CI:55.9%-63.5%)and 41.0%(95%CI:36.0%-46.0%)respectively.Conclusion The rate of second-hand smoking exposure is a little higher in Heilongjiang,so different kind of comprehensive tobacco control intervention activities should be carried out,with the opportunity of establishing non-smoking campus.
