医院卫生管理安全问题及应对策略分析

Analysis of hospital health management security and countermeasures

目的分析医院卫生管理的安全问题及相应的应对策略。方法针对晋中市妇幼保健院在2017年8月开始实施卫生安全的针对性管理(实验组),与2017年1月-2017年7月实施的常规管理相对比(对照组),分析两组实施相应的管理后之间对比的管理效果的差异。结果两组不同管理方式实施之后对比的医护人员服务能力评分、医疗卫生管理水平评分、医护人员综合素质评分、安全管理评分、细节化管理评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组管理后的医疗纠纷事件发生率明显低于对照组的管理,差异有统计学意义(X^2=5.166,P=0.023)。结论日常的卫生管理过程中存在较多的安全问题,临床中应积极针对这些安全问题进行有效分析,继而实施相应的应对策略,提高医院的服务水平及管理质量,促进医院的可持续发展。

Objective To analyze the safety of hospital health management and the corresponding countermeasures.Methods According tO the hospital's implementation of targeted health management (experimental group)in August 2017,compared with the routine management performed from January 2017 to July 2017(control group),the difference of management effect between two groups after the implementation of corresponding management was analyzed.Results The scores of medical and nursing staff service ability,hospital health management level,medical comprehensive quality,health and safety management were compared between the two groups after the implementation of different management methods.There was significant difference in detail management score (P <0.05).The incidence of medical dispute events was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ^2=5.166,P =0.023).Conclusion There are many safety issues in the routine health management of women and children's homes.Effective analysis of these safety issues should be actively conducted in the clinic,and corresponding strategies should be implemented to improve the hospital's service level,management quality and sustainable development.
