摘要
根据iFS记录的两年来停炉、点火以及正常运行时给粉机工况调整等历史数据,全面分析智能控制器iFS10C火焰状态检测数据及其结果。iFS智能火检装置在没有任何外部辅助信号的条件下实现了火焰状态准确检测,解决了火检装置普遍存在的"偷看"难题,同时实现了火焰的温度测量,是火焰检测技术的一次突破,具有重要的工程示范意义。
According to the historical data of shutdown and ignition in the last two years recorded by iFS and the adjustment of working conditions of powder feeder during normal operation,the intelligent controller iFS10C flame state detection data and its results are comprehensively analyzed.The iFS intelligent fire detection device realizes the accurate detection of the flame state and temperature without any external auxiliary signal,solving the "peek"problem which is common in the fire detection device. The introduction of the fire detection device is a breakthrough on flame detection technology.It has important engineering demonstration significance.
