基于UCPS标准的机组新型调节性能指标与应用

New Regulation Performance Indices for Unit Based on UCPS Standard and Application

针对现有机组常规调节性能评价中存在受参数设置影响、不能准确评价调节过程对电网实际调节贡献等问题,基于机组控制性能标准(Unit Control Performance Standard,UCPS)和自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)的机组控制现状,对UCPS标准中机组I类性能评价指标(UCPS1)进行了改进,并给出其计算方法。实际应用效果验证了所提改进UCPS标准的有效性。

Aiming at the problem of inaccurate assessment of the actual regulation contribution ,caused by parameter sensitivity of the performance evaluation scheme in the standard unit regulation,improvements are proposed for the UCPS standard and AGC Unit control.The class I performance assessment index (UCPS1)of the UCPS standard is improved and its calculation method is introduced in the paper.The effectiveness of the index is verified via the application.
