摘要
锅炉积灰问题是困扰火电机组运行的主要问题之一,防止和解决积灰问题是有效提高锅炉效率的方法之一。针对一台燃用低灰熔点、高碱金属煤锅炉的积灰状态,确定声波吹灰器设置方案。在降低机组能耗的同时,为燃烧低灰熔点、高碱金属煤的锅炉提供声波吹灰器的设置思路。
Ash buildup in the boiler is one of the major problems during operation of thermal power units.Solving the ashbuildup problem is one of the effective ways to improve the boiler efficiency.Based on an actual situation of ash-buildup in a boiler which is fueled with low ash melting point and high alkali metal coal,the setup scheme of sonic soot-blowers is proposed.The proposed scheme increased the effectiveness of the sonic soot-blowers thus reducing the energy consumption of the unit.It provided a new solution for sonic soot-blowers setup for the boilers using low ash fusion point and high alkali metal coal.
