摘要
MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase)信号级联系统在调节植物生长发育和逆境胁迫中具有重要作用。以不同抗感纹枯病水平的水稻品种为材料,分析OsMPKs类基因对水稻纹枯病菌的侵染响应特征,发现供检测的17个OsMPKs基因对纹枯病菌处理后均有不同程度的表达响应,且在抗病、感病品种间存在一定差异。通过茉莉酸、水杨酸和乙烯处理,发现OsMPKs基因至少受到1种激素的诱导表达,且对不同激素的处理响应存在差异。组织表达分析显示,OsMPK3、OsMPK6等6个OsMPKs基因在纹枯病菌主要侵染部位叶鞘和叶片中有较强表达。综合比较不同表达分析结果,发现一些可能参与调控水稻对纹枯病抗性的OsMPKs基因。
MAPK(mitogen-activated protein kinase)signaling cascade system plays a key role in regulating plant growth and stress.Rice sheath blight caused by Rhizoctonia solani is one of the most serious fungal diseases in rice.To date,the expression patterns of OsMPKs in rice resistance to R.solani pathogen infection has not been reported.In this study,we analyzed the characteristics of OsMPKs after R.solani infection in rice varieties with different resistance levels.We found that almost all 17 OsMPKs showed various levels in response to R.solani and displayed clear differences between resistant and susceptible varieties.All OsMPKs were found induced or suppressed expression in at least one of the treatments with jasmonic acid,salicylic acid and ethylene,indicating that most of these genes responsed to phytohormones.The results of expression patterns on different tissues showed that 6 OsMPKs were strongly expressed in leaf sheath and leaf that were the main infection parts of R.solani.Taken these results together,we determined some OsMPKs that were probably involved in regulating rice sheath blight resistance,which provided an important basis for further investigating rice resistance mechanism to R.solani.
