某环己酮项目职业病危害预评价质量控制问题探讨

目的探讨某环己酮项目职业病危害预评价过程中质量控制关键问题。方法依据《职业病危害评价通则》中建设项目职业病危害预评价质量控制要求,逐条进行符合性检查。结果对评价过程的质量控制措施,包括技术服务机构的质量管理体系、技术服务合同的评审、资料收集与审核、评价方案的审核、类比项目资料的审核、报告编制的质量控制、专家审查等7个方面逐条进行检查,符合性为100%。结论通过对某环己酮项目职业病危害预评价实施全过程具体的质量控制措施,保证了该项目职业病危害预评价报告质量,确保该项目职业病危害预评价报告的客观、公正、科学。

Objective To explore the key issues of quality control in the pre-assessment process of occupational hazard through the pre-assessment of occupational hazard in a cyclohexanone project.Methods According to the quality control requirements for pre-assessment of occupational hazard in General Principles for Assessment of Occupational Hazard,conformity inspections were carried out one by one.Results The quality control measures of the assessment process,including the quality management system of the technical service institution,the review of technical service contracts,the data collection and review,the audit of assessment schemes,the audit of analogue data,the quality control of report preparation and the review of experts,were checked one by one,and the conformity was 100%.Conclusion Specific quality control measures are taken to ensure the quality of the assessment report of a cyclohexanone project and to ensure the objectivity,impartiality and scientificity of the report.
