摘要
目的明确燃煤锅炉烟气臭氧脱硝过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响。方法依据国家相关标准,采用检查表法、类比法、工程分析法对本项目进行综合分析评价。结果类比检测结果表明,臭氧脱硝装置脱硝工接触臭氧浓度及脱硝加料间投料的脱硝后处理工接触其他粉尘(氧化镁粉尘)的浓度小于职业接触限值;工作场所噪声值 >85 dB(A),属于高噪声工作场所,接触噪声的8 h等效连续A声级结果均 >80 dB(A),属于噪声作业岗位。结论本项目为职业病危害一般的建设项目。
Objective To confirm the possible occupational hazard in process of coal fired boiler flue gas ozone denitration.To analyze the harm degree and the influence on the workers’ health.Then give related protective to reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases.Methods According to the relevant national standard,the analogy method,checklist method,engineering analysis method for comprehensive analysis and evaluation were applied.Results The results of analogy detecting showed that the worker exposed to the ozone and other dust( magnesium oxide dust) concentration was blow the occupational exposure limit. 8 h of workers exposed to ozone denitration equipments was below the standard. The noise level of workplace was greater than 85 dB( A),which belongs to high noise workplace. The results of 8 h equivalent continuous a sound level of noise exposure were all over 80 dB( A),and belong to noise operation post. Conclusion This construction project is general occupational hazard items.
