兔胆粉和熊胆粉成分分析及药理作用比较研究 被引量:5

Analysis of components and comparison of pharmacological effects of rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder

摘要 目的探究兔胆粉和熊胆粉成分及药理作用。方法采用LC-MS法对兔胆粉与熊胆粉成分进行测定与分析,在药理实验部分使用氨水引咳与最大耐受实验对兔胆粉及熊胆粉镇咳作用进行分析。结果兔胆粉与熊胆粉中含有的成分相同,但同时也存在差异,兔胆粉中的物质多于熊胆粉,包括牛磺鹅去氧胆酸、甘氨去氧胆酸、去黄去氧胆酸、甘氨石胆酸等;兔胆粉对胆汁分泌有显著作用;与空白组相比给药组小鼠咳嗽潜伏期延长,3 min内咳嗽次数减少。在延长咳嗽潜伏期上,兔胆粉中剂量组与熊胆粉高剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),均显示出一定计量关系,即,镇咳效果随浓度增加而提高。结论兔胆粉与熊胆粉在主要成分上相同,但也存在差异,镇咳祛痰效果均显著,其成分与药理作用仍值得进一步研究。 Objective To explore the rabbit bile powder,bear bile powder composition and pharmacological effects.Methods The method of LC-MS was adopted in rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder composition measurement and analysis,using ammonia in pharmacological experiment part lead to cough and maximum tolerance experiment of rabbit bile powder and antitussive effect of bear bile powder were analyzed.Results Rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder contain ingredients were the same,but at the same time was different,the material in rabbit bile powder was more than bear bile powder,including cattle sulfonated goose to cholic acid cholic acid and ammonia to oxygen,oxygen go yellow bile acid and ammonia lithocholic acid,etc. Rabbit bile powder had a notable effect on bile secretion;compared with the blank group,dose group mice cough incubation period extended,cough reduce within 3 minutes. On prolong cough incubation period,the rabbit bile powder dosage group and the bear bile powder in high dose group had no significant difference( P >0.05),all showed the relationship between a certain measurement,namely,antitussive effect increase with the increase of concentration.Conclusion The composition of rabbit bile powder,bear bile powder and the main is same,but there are also differences,antitussive expectorant effects were significantly,cough within 3 min from 12.47± 3.01 down to 2.04± 1.20 times,its composition and pharmacological action still deserves further study.
