微信教育模式在2型糖尿病患者延续性护理中的作用 被引量:5

Effects of Wechat Education Model on Continuous Nursing in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

摘要 目的探讨新型微信教育模式对2型糖尿病患者生活质量及血糖控制的影响。方法将2017年1-12月在广州中医药大学祈福医院就诊的90例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。出院后,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予微信教育模式,分别于干预前和干预后3个月评价患者的生活质量和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果干预后,观察组的生活质量评分和HbA1c检测水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微信教育应用于2型糖尿病患者的延续护理优于传统健康教育,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To explore the effects of Wechat education on quality of life and blood glucose control in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods From January,2017 to December,2017,a total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)randomly. After discharged from hospital,the control group was given routine healthy education and the observation group was given Wechat education.All the cases were followed-up for 3 months.The living quality and HbA1c level before and after nursing education were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of life qualityand HbA1c level in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Wechat education is better than routine healthy education in continuous nursing for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,deserving clinical extensive application.
