染料木黄酮抗肿瘤作用研究进展

染料木黄酮是一种异黄酮类化合物,不仅存在于豆科植物中,还存在于葛根、鸡血藤、山豆根等中草药中。研究表明,染料木黄酮具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、保护心血管、防治骨质疏松等作用,可通过调节与细胞周期和凋亡相关的基因来抑制体内多种肿瘤细胞的生长,还可协同化疗药物提高化疗的疗效。本文就染料木黄酮在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制进行综述。

Genistein is an isoflavone compound that is not only found in legumes, but also in Chinese herbal medicines such as pueraria, spatholobus, and mountain bean root. Studies have shown that Genistein has anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, cardiovascular protection, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, it can inhibit the growth of various tumor cells in vivo by regulating the genes associated with cell cycle and apoptosis, and can also improve the curative effect of chemotherapy by cooperating with chemotherapeutic drugs. This article reviews the mechanism of genistein in the development of tumors.
