二甲双胍抗头颈部肿瘤的研究进展

Research progress of metformin in head and neck cancer

二甲双胍是治疗2型糖尿病的首选药物,近年来研究发现二甲双胍除了降糖作用外,还可以抗炎、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等作用。通过查阅大量文献就二甲双胍抗头颈部肿瘤的研究进展进行综述,并介绍了二甲双胍通过激活腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)信号通路、上调相关微小RNA(miRNAs)、抑制信号转导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)信号通路等作用机制抗头颈部肿瘤。

Metformin is the first choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.In recent years,studies have found that besides its hypoglycemic effect,metformin can also have anti-inflammatory,anti-aging and anti-tumor effects.This article reviews the progress of study of metformin in head and neck cancer by reviewing a large number of literatures.Metformin can inhibit head tumors by activating AMP-activated kinase(AMPK)signaling pathway,up-regulating microRNA,or inhibiting signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 signaling pathway.
