我国临床诊疗规范体系建设的现状和建议

Current status and suggestion on the construction of clinical diagnosis and treatment standard system in China

在医药卫生体制改革向纵深推进的新形势下,我国医疗服务质量管理的任务繁重,面临着诸多问题和挑战。建设和完善诊疗规范体系是保障医疗安全、推动医疗服务高质量发展的基础性工作。通过制定诊疗规范、促进规范落实和建立评价评估体系,形成促进疾病诊疗规范化和合理用药的良性循环,才能更好地维护人民健康。本文就我国诊疗规范体系的发展现状做简要介绍,探讨目前存在的问题,提出发展建议。

Under the new situation of deepening the reform of the medical and health system,management of medical service quality in China faces many problems and challenges.Constructing and improving the diagnostic and therapeutic standard system is the basic work to ensure medical safety and promote the high-quality development of medical services.Only by constructing the diagnostic and therapeutic standard system,promoting the implementation of the system and establishing the evaluation system,a virtuous circle can be formed to promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of diseases and rational use of drugs,so as to better safeguard people's health.This paper briefly introduces the current status of the diagnostic and therapeutic standard system in China,discusses the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for its development.
