滋水涵木法治疗高血压的临床疗效及对动态动脉硬化指数、肾功能的影响

The action on Ambulatory Arterial Stiffness Index(AASI)and renal function of Nourishing water and nourishing wood on patients of essential hypertension

目的:降压定眩片治疗大法为滋水涵木,本研究观察降压定眩片联合硝苯地平缓释片(Ⅰ)对高血压疗效、动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)及肾功能的影响。方法:将72例患者随机分为两组,对照组予硝苯地平缓释片(Ⅰ)治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用降压定眩片,疗程3个月,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、中医证候积分、血压、AASI和尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)。结果:两组血压都有所下降,治疗后组间无明显差异;治疗组在临床疗效及改善中医证候积分方面优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组对AASI及ACR无影响(P>0.05);治疗组能够明显改善AASI及ACR(P<0.05)。结论:以滋水涵木为大法的降压定眩片能明显减轻高血压临床症状;对高血压患者的AASI及肾功能有明显改善作用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect mechanism of jiangya ding xuan pian with Nifedipine sustained release tablets(Ⅰ)on patients of essential hypertension(EH)and discuss its mechanism of action on Ambulatory Arterial Stiffness Index(AASI)and renal function.Methods:According to the diagnosis criteria,72 EH patients were divided into two groups at random.The control group were treated by Nifedipine sustained release tablets(Ⅰ),while patients in the treatment group were treated by jiangya ding xuan pian within Nifedipine sustained release tablets(Ⅰ)After three months,then the changes of laboratory indexes,the TCM syndrome integral、blood pressure and the AASI、ACR were observed.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in blood pressure(P >0.05).The difference between the two groups at the clinical effect and TCM syndrome integral increased was significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The level of AASI and ACR in treatment group were improved more remarkably than in control group.Conclusions:Jiangya ding xuan pian could improve the clinical symptoms about the EH patients;The AASI and renal function about the EH patients could be improved by jiang ya ding xuan pian.
