精神分裂症患者自我病耻感与病耻抵抗调查及影响因素分析

Self-Illness Disorder and Sickness Resistance in Patients with Schizophrenia and Analysis of Influencing Factors

目的探讨精神分裂症患者自我病耻感与病耻抵抗影响因素,为改善患者心理健康提供参考。方法采取连续入组的方法选取我院门诊或住院部的100例精神分裂症患者,查阅患者相关资料,并评估患者自我病耻感和病耻抵抗。结果 (1)精神分裂症自我病耻感和病耻抵抗评分处中度水平。(2)病程、住院次数、抑郁、生存质量、PANSS评分、慢性疾病史、有无家属照顾为精神分裂症患者自我病耻感和病耻抵抗的影响因素(P<0.05);(3)抑郁、生存质量、PANSS评分、病程、住院次数及无家属照顾为精神分裂症患者自我病耻感和病耻抵抗影响独立危险因素。结论精神分裂症患者自我病耻感和病耻抵抗状况不乐观,且影响因素较多,因此社会和家庭应多给予精神分裂症患者关心和支持,更好的改善其心理状况和生存质量,积极给予治疗,缩短其病程,减少住院次数,从而有助于降低精神分裂症患者自我病耻感和病耻抵。

Objective To explore the factors of schizophrenic patients'sell-shame and shame resistance,and to provide reference for improving the mental health of patients.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia were enrolled in this study.Patients were asked to check the patient's information and to assess the patient's sell-injustice.Results (1)schizophrenia sell-disgrace and shame resistance score at moderate levels;(2)the duration of disease,the number of hospitalizations,depression,quality of life,PANSS score,chronic disease history,and whether family mem- bers were affected by schizophrenia and schizophrenia (P<0.05);(3)depression,Quality of life,PANSS score, course of disease,number of hospitalizations and no family care for schizophrenia patients were independent risk factors with sell-disgrace and shame resistance.Conclusion Schizophrenia patients with sell-shame and shame resistance is not optimistic about the situation,and more factors,so the community and the family should give more care and support of schizophrenic patients,better improve their psychological status and quality of life,and actively give Treatment, shorten the course of the disease,reduce the number of hospitalization,which helps to reduce schizophrenia patients with sell-shame and shame arrived.
