多探测点超声检测在60 kg/m钢轨缺陷的波形分析

摘要 铁路铺设量日益增加,导致行车安全对钢轨的质量要求十分严格。以铺设最广的60 kg/m钢轨为例,分析了多探测点超声波钢轨在线检测系统中各个通道的钢轨缺陷A扫波形;总结了超声波在不同钢轨缺陷中传播的波形特征。结果表明,回波第1周期的波形为缺陷回波主要参考依据,并且缺陷程度越大,回波振幅越高。60 kg/m钢轨的波形分析为钢轨超声波探伤和钢轨的实际生产提供了经验指导。 The quantity of railway laying is increasing day by day,which leads to the strict quality requirement of rail in driving safety.Taking the most widely laid 60kg/m rail as an example,the A-scan waveforms of rail defects in each channel of the ultrasonic on-line rail detection system with multiple detection points arc analyzed.The waveforrn characteristics of ultrasonic wave propagation in different rail defects are summarized.The results show that the waveform of the first cycle of echo is the main reference basis of defect echo,and the greater the degree of defects, the higher the echo amplitude.The waveform analysis of 60kg/m rail provides the experience guidance for the ultrasonic flaw detection and the actual production of rail.
