摘要 该文采用镭射仪及球杆仪实现了数控立式加工中心定位精度误差与重复精度误差的测量。通过补偿数控立式加工中心的螺距及螺杆背隙误差,实现了数控立式加工中心定位精度误差与重复精度误差的补偿。并通过使用CNC控制器的PMAC控制卡对系统编程代码指令实施优化修改,实现了数控立式加工中心的几何误差的检测分析及补偿。分析及补偿后发现数控立式加工中心加工精度得到显著提高,补偿的效果较为明显。 The positioning accuracy error and repetition accuracy error of CNC vertical machining center are measured by laser interferometer and ball bar instrument.By compensating the pitch and backlash errors of CNC vertical machining center,the compensation of positioning accuracy error and repetitive accuracy error of CNC vertical machining center is realized.By using the PMAC control card of CNC controller to optimize and modify the system programming code instruction,the geometric error detection,analysis and compensation of CNC vertical machining center are realized.After analysis and compensation,it is found that the machining accuracy of CNC vertical machining center has been significantly improved,and the compensation effect is more obvious.
