摘要
针对锂离子电池组使用过程中出现各单体电池不一致导致电池利用率降低的问题,该文采用一种基于电感的桥式开关均衡电路控制方法,设计了基于SOC的锂电池充放电均衡系统,由均衡控制模块控制MOSFET开关管的开通与关断来实现电池组和均衡电路的能量转移以达到各单体电池均衡的目的。最后采用Matlab/Simulink软件搭建均衡系统,对四节单体电池进行仿真,实验结果表明各单体电池SOC极差值由3%减小至2%,改善了电池组的不一致性。
Aiming at the problem that the battery utilization rate is reduced due to the inconsistency of each single cell during the use of lithium-ion battery,a SOC-based lithium battery charge and discharge equalization system is designed by using an inductor-based bridge switching equalization circuit control method.The control module controls the turn-on and turn-off of the MOSFET switch tube to realize the energy transfer of the battery pack and the equalization circuit to achieve the purpose of balancing the individual cells.Finally,the Matlab/Simulink software was used to build the equalization system,and the simulation of the four-cell battery showed that the SOC extreme difference of each single cell was reduced from 3% to 2%,which improved the inconsistency of the battery pack.
