孔子曰:志于道,据于德,依于仁,游于艺。这是对教师职业追求的最到位诠释。体育教师学科素养和能力亟待提升,深度解析体育教师学科核心素养内涵,明确体育教师学科品质能力,对塑造体育教师综合素质有重要现实意义。新课改对体育教师学科素养和能力有全新要求,具有扎实的基本知识技能、学科教学理念、课程设计能力,塑造人格个性品质、课程开发能力、协调组织能力、应急变化能力,只有具备这些基本能力,才能赢得学科教学主动权。
