摘要
通过Matlab对液滴图像进行3D重构,计算了不同浓度二乙醇胺(DEA)在聚偏氟乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PVDF/PET)复合膜孔中的平均接触角,并发现其平均接触角均十分接近90°.将改写的膜孔渗入方程与Matlab算法相结合,模拟了自发浸润的全过程,并发现了复合膜由皮层浸润向支撑层浸润的过渡阶段.根据模拟结果,分析、总结了复合膜自发浸润全过程.
3 Ddroplet images have been reconstructed by Matlab in order to calculate the average contact angles formed by diethanolamine(DEA)of different concentrations in the pores of polyvinylidene fluoride/polyethylene terephthalate(PVDF/PET)membranes.The average contact angle was very close to 90°.Combining the rewritten membrane wetting equation and the Matlab algorithm,the whole process of spontaneous wetting was simulated and the wetting transfer point of the composite membrane was found.By combining simulation and experimental results,the entire wetting process of the composite membrane was analyzed and summarized.
