公共服务对黑龙江省劳动力流出的影响

The Impact of Public Services on Labor Outflow in Heilongjiang Province

随着经济的发展,劳动力跨区域流动现象普遍。黑龙江省面临的劳动力净流出、人才流失问题,给地区经济带来了极大挑战。从公共服务角度分析了其对劳动力流出的影响,结合黑龙江省劳动力流出现状和和公共服务问题,对基础教育、医疗服务、社会保障以及公共就业这四个方面的现状进行了分析,探索公共服务缺失对劳动力流出的影响,提出了黑龙江省完善公共服务内容、科学评估公共服务质量的对策建议。

With the development of the economy,the phenomenon of labor mobility across regions is widespread. The problem of net labor outflow and brain drain in Heilongjiang Province has brought great challenges to the regional economy.This paper analyzes its impact on labor outflow from the perspective of public service,and combines the status quo of labor outflow and public service in Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the status quo of basic education,medical services,social security and public employment,and explores the impact of public services on the labor outflows.Finally,the summary and inspiration of public service in Heilongjiang Province are given.
