摘要
通过对中国乳业对外投资的背景和现状的研究,分析对外投资存在的问题:投资信息掌握不够;多种投资风险并存;品牌建设意识缺乏;技术吸收能力不足。并提出了中国乳业对外投资的对策建议:防范信息不对称风险;注重国际化人才储备;加强乳制品品牌优势;提升企业技术吸收能力。
China's dairy market is undergoing great changes.Although China has a continuously stable milk production,the technical level and product quality cannot meet the domestic demand.While foreign milk powder is of high quality and low price,and consumers are more inclined to buy overseas dairy products.The domestic dairy industry is affected by foreign milk imports,and Chinese dairy enterprises cannot rely on domestic development to meet the development needs of the current market.The influx of foreign companies has increased the vitality of China's dairy industry and increased the enthusiasm of Chinese dairy companies to invest abroad.Chinese dairy enterprises can effectively enhance the competitiveness of China's dairy industry only by recognizing the domestic and foreign environment,rationally analyzing their own strength and making correct investment decisions.
