摘要
通过对参加第四届中国—中东欧投资贸易博览会的宁波市居民的实地调查,了解宁波市居民对中东欧特色食品的认知水平,并对宁波市居民中东欧特色食品的购买行为进行了描述性分析。调查结果表明:宁波市居民对中东欧特色食品的认知水平整体偏低,年龄、家庭结构和平均月收入水平会对市民的认知程度产生显著影响; 70. 0%的被调查者购买过中东欧特色食品,62. 5%的被调查者表示在中国—中东欧投资贸易博览会上购买过中东欧特色食品;质量安全是宁波市居民购买中东欧特色食品考虑最多的因素。最后提出相关对策建议。
By investigating Ningbo residents who participated in the 4 th China-CEEC Investment and Trade EXPO2018 through questionnaire,this paper makes a descriptive analysis on the cognition level of Ningbo residents on CEE special food and the purchasing behavior. The results indicate that overall cognition level of Ningbo residents about CEE special food is low,and their age,family structure and average monthly income have a significant impact on residents’ cognition;70. 0% of the respondents had bought CEE special food,and 62. 5% of the respondents said that they had bought CEE special food at China-CEEC Investment and Trade EXPO. Food safety is the most important factor affecting the purchasing behavior of Ningbo residents. Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
