Study on Strengthening Economic Management in Geological Exploration Units

现阶段地勘单位内部存在很多管理问题,如人员管理意识薄弱,管理手段落后,管理基础比较薄弱等。这些问题的出现已经严重影响到地勘单位的发展。面对现阶段的问题,地勘单位应该采取创新型的管理手段,有效健全单位内部管理制度,进一步提高企业内部人员的法律意识,更好地进行企业内部管理,提高地勘单位自身经济效益。

There exist some problems of internal controls in many geological exploration units,such as weak in awareness of internal controls,outdated in management approach,and weak in management content and foundation. These problems have bad effects on the development of geological exploration units.Hence,the geological exploration units should improve the legal awareness of internal managers through taking innovative management approach,and establishing effective internal control system,and thereby improve their internal controls as well as the economic benefits of geological exploration units.
