摘要 本文利用桑叶和杜仲以一定比例复合的一款具有一定降糖功能的、方便携带的、冲泡美观的保健产品,属于固体饮料中的一种,需要用热水或冷水冲泡溶解后方可饮用。桑叶杜仲复合泡腾片最佳配方因素为A2B3C3D1E1F2G2,即柠檬酸35%,聚乙二醇5%,杜仲速溶粉5. 75%,桑叶速溶粉17. 75%,碳酸氢钠30%,甘草速溶粉1. 5%,木糖醇1%。此配方所得的产品水溶液清亮,酸甜可口,口感柔和,刹口感适当,适口性好崩解速度适当。为以后的实际生产提供参考。 This paper investigated mulberry leaves with a certain proportion of the bark of eucommia by compositing a product with certain hypoglycemic function of brewing and convenient to carry,also a healthy product. It belongs to one of the solid beverage,need to use hot or cold water soluble when drinking. The results showed that mulberry leaves-eucommia compound product with a best recipe for factors for A2 B3 C3 D1 E1 F2 G2,namely,citric acid 35%,polyethylene glycol(peg) 5%,cortex eucommiae instant powder5. 75%,mulberry leaf instant powder 17. 75%,sodium bicarbonate 30%,licorice instant powder 1. 5%,xylitol1%. The water solution of the product obtained from this formula is clear,sweet,sour and delicious,with soft taste,suitable taste,good palatability and disintegrating speed. This provides a reference for future actual production.
