摘要
在生物医药产业迅猛发展的形势下,如何筑牢口岸检疫防线,严格把控相应风险,同时又充分营造有利于生物医药产业发展的政策环境,兼顾特殊物品的安全监管和便利通关,是新海关卫生检疫监管工作面临的新挑战。本文结合新海关特殊物品卫生检疫监管工作现状,探讨解决现阶段面临问题可采取的措施建议,为新海关特殊物品卫生检疫监管提供新思路。
Under the rapid development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry,how to build up a port defense line of quarantine,to control the corresponding risksstrictly,meanwhile tocreate a policy environment conducive to the development for the bio-pharmaceutical industry with taking into account the safety supervision of special items and facilitating customs clearance,about which is quite challenging in health quarantine for the new Customs Combining the situation of health quarantine supervision work of special items,the paper wants toexplore new measures which can be taken to solve the problems at the current stage ,and provides new thoughts in health quarantine of special items for new Customs.
