摘要
目的研究EB病毒IgG,IgA,IgM抗体和EB-DNA检测在儿童呼吸道感染中的诊断价值。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2017年1月1日至2017年12月31日期间在我院进行治疗的呼吸道感染患儿150例,对所有患儿进行血清EB病毒抗体检测和血浆EB-DNA检测。对比不同抗体的阳性率、诊断结果。结果不同年龄段呼吸道感染患儿的EB-DNA阳性率、EB-IgA阳性率、EB-IgG阳性率、EB-IgM阳性率进行比较存在差异(P<0.05);对比ROC曲线下面积,EB-IgM最高,然后依次为EB-DNA、EB-IgA、EB-IgG。结论 EB-DNA检测和EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM三种抗体应用在诊断儿童呼吸道感染疾病中具有较高的价值,不同年龄段儿童的免疫系统发育不一致,故此对EB病毒的免疫应答会出现差异性,具有检出率高、准确性高的特点,可为临床诊断、治疗疾病和检测是否复发提供准确的数据支持,且有助于医院经济效益和社会效益的双赢。
Objective To research the diagnostic value of EB virus IgG,IgA,IgM and EB-DNA detection in children with respiratory tract infection.Methods 150 children with respiratory infection in our hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2017 were selected,and all the children were tested for serum EB virus antibody and plasma EB-DNA.The positive rate of different antibodies and the results of diagnosis were compared. Results The EB-DNA positive rate,the positive rate of EB-IgA,the positive rate of EB-IgG and the positive rate of EB-IgM in children with respiratory tract infection in different age groups were different significantly (P< 0.05);Compare with the area under the ROC curve,EB-IgM was the highest,and then EB-DNA,EB-IgA and EB-IgGwere reduced in order respectively.Conclusion The application of EB-DNA and EB virus IgG,IgA and IgM are of high value in the diagnosis of children's respiratory infection diseases.The immune system development of children in different ages is not consistent,so the immune response to EB virus will be different,with high detection rate and high accuracy ,which can be used for clinical diagnosis.To provide accurate data support for treatment of disease and detection of recurrence.
