综合全面护理对肝动脉部分栓塞化疗介入治疗中晚期肝癌患者依从性、生活质量及预后的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing care on compliance, quality of life and prognosis of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treated with partial hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy intervention

目的探讨综合全面护理对肝动脉部分栓塞化疗介入治疗中晚期肝癌患者依从性、生活质量及预后的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2017年1月该院收治的肝动脉栓塞化疗介入治疗的中晚期肝癌患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各50例。研究组患者给予综合全面护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者的依从性、生活质量及预后的差异。结果研究组患者的依从率(96.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预后生活质量的各项评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且研究组患者各项生活质量的评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率(18.00%)低于对照组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合全面护理能有效提高肝动脉部分栓塞化疗介入治疗的中晚期肝癌患者的依从性,并能提高患者的生活质量,降低患者并发症的发生率,有利于患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on compliance,quality of life and prognosis of patients with advanced liver cancer treated by partial embolization chemotherapy with hepatic artery.Methods From January 2012 to January 2017,100 cases of advanced liver cancer patients admitted to the hospital for interventional treatment of hepatic artery embolization and chemotherapy were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,50 cases of each group.Patients in the study group was given comprehensive care and the control group were given routine care.The differences in compliance,quality of life and prognosis between the two groups were compared.Results Research group of the patient's compliance rate (96.00%) higher than that of control group (80.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life after intervention in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group(18.00%) was lower than that in the control group(50.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive and comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the compliance of patients with advanced liver cancer treated with partial hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy intervention,and can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications of patients,is conducive to the prognosis of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
