多学科联合干预在帕金森患者康复护理中的应用

Application of multidisciplinary combined intervention in rehabilitation and nursing of Parkinson's disease patients

目的探讨多学科联合干预在帕金森病患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月~2017年1月收治的帕金森患者100例,符合入组条件的患者随机分为对照组和实验组各50例。对照组采取常规康复护理及健康指导,即入院后进行宣教,每日由责任护士进行疾病、康复知识的宣教及指导;实验组则在专业小组的指导下进行康复训练,分别于出院后、出院6个月后对两组患者进行帕金森康复训练效果和日常生活能力的评估,并进行评分的比较。结果经康复训练后,两组患者MDS-UPDRSSⅢ和ADL评分较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),实验组MDS-UPDRSSⅢ及ADL评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论多学科联合干预是一种综合的护理干预方法,有助于提高帕金森患者康复护理的效果,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary combined intervention in rehabilitation nursing of patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 100 Parkinson's patients admitted from July 2016 to January 2017 were selected,and the eligible patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 50 cases of each group. In the control group,routine rehabilitation nursing and health guidance were adopted,namely,propaganda and education were carried out after admission,and propaganda,education and guidance of disease and rehabilitation knowledge were carried out daily by the responsible nurses. The experimental group received rehabilitation training under the guidance of a professional group. After discharge and 6 months after discharge,the two groups of patients were evaluated for Parkinson's rehabilitation training effect and daily life ability,and the scores were compared.Results After rehabilitation training,two groups of patients with MDS-UPDRSS Ⅲ and ADL scores than before treatment improved(P<0.05). The experimental group MDS-UPDRSS Ⅲ and ADL scores were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Multidisciplinary combined intervention is a comprehensive nursing intervention method,which is helpful to improve the effect of rehabilitation nursing for Parkinson's disease patients and improve their quality of life.
