JIA Jianhua's Experience in the Treatment of Postoperative Patients with Colorectal Cancer

[目的]总结贾建华主任医师治疗结肠癌术后患者的经验。[方法]通过跟师学习、分析研究贾师的结直肠癌术后临床医案,从病因病机、治疗原则、治疗方法、经验用药等方面总结贾师治疗结直肠癌术后患者的临床思想,并附验案佐证。[结果]贾师认为结直肠癌的总病机是邪盛正衰,当采取扶正祛邪的治疗总则,临床上具体采用补脾益肾、化痰祛瘀、清热解毒的治法,疗效显著。所举验案以补脾益肾为主,兼以化痰祛瘀、清热解毒治疗,取得较好疗效。[结论]贾师以扶正祛邪为治则,以补脾益肾、化痰祛瘀、清热解毒为治法,治疗结直肠癌术后患者疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To summarize the experience of JIA Jianhua in the treatment of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.[Methods]Clinical medical records of JIA Jianhua,the treatment principles,the experience of medication and other aspects of the clinical thought of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer were summarized from the etiology and pathogenesis,and a proved case was given.[Results]JIA Jianhua believes that the general pathogenesis of colorectal cancer is a positive and positive failure.When the general rule of treatment is adopted,the therapeutic methods of reinforcing the spleen,benefiting the kidney,eliminating phlegm and removing stasis and clearing heat and detoxifying are used clinically,and the curative effect is remarkable.The treatment was based on benefiting the kidney,eliminating phlegm and removing stasis and clearing heat.The clinical curative effect was satisfactory.[Conclusion]Strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors as principle of treatment,JIA Jianhua has rich clinical experience in reinforcing the spleen and benefiting the kidney,removing phlegm and blood stasis,clearing heat and detoxifying in treatment of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.The curative effect is remarkable,and the clinical experience is worth popularizing.
