浅析颈心综合征的精灸推拿治疗思路

Analyze the Treatment of Cervical Heart Syndrome with Moxibustion and Massage

[目的]探究精灸推拿法治疗颈心综合征的临床指导作用。[方法]通过研读《黄帝内经》里的经络、气街理论及《医宗金鉴·正骨心法要旨》里描述的骨错缝筋出槽理论,结合现代神经解剖学知识和笔者的临床体会,分析精灸推拿法治疗颈心综合征的临床治疗思路。[结果]颈心综合征发病属本虚标实,运用特色精灸治虚,理筋正骨治实,颈心同治、标本兼治的方法,能够很好地指导临床治疗。[结论]体虚劳倦致心失所养或邪扰心神是颈心综合征发病的病理基础,遵循气血双调,筋骨并重的原则,运用艾柱精灸、理筋正骨相结合,调气与形,效得益彰。

[Objective]To explore the treatment of cervical heart syndrome with moxibustion and massage and its clinical role.[Method]Through studying the content of meridian and pathway of Qi in <Huangdi Neijing >,joint semidislocation and sinews off-position in <Yizong Jinjian >,and combining with modern neuroanatomy and the clinical experience of the author to analyze the treatment of cervical heart syndrome with moxibustion and massage.[Result]Cervical heart syndrome is a disease characterized by deficiency of the origin,so this paper puts forward the thought of treating deficiency with moxibustion,treating reality with bonesetting massage,treating both neck and heart and treating both symptoms and root causes to guide clinical treatment.[Conclusion]The body deficiency and tiredness lead to the displacement of the heart or disturb the mind which is the pathologic basis of cervical heart syndrome.Following the principle of nursing Qi and blood and balancing muscles and bones,the combination of moxibustion and bonesetting massage can adjust the Qi and shape,and the curative effects are remarkable.
