Dependence Identity and the Production of Social Order in Urban Suburban Space

良好的社会秩序是空间治理的诉求,也是空间研究的核心关注议题。城市空间的分工与更新,使得郊区空间具备了一定的"地方性"特征,要求治理者因地制宜生产与空间生活相适宜的社会秩序。研究发现,依赖性认同构成了城郊空间社会秩序生产的一种机制,即住房属性引起的"政府对我负责"的认同、户口差别导致的"只有政府能做到"的认同和文化冲突诱发的"只有政府能改变"的认同,形成了城郊空间社会秩序生产中相关行动者力量的不均衡,社会秩序面临维系之难。面向美好生活的社会秩序生产应凝聚空间共识和提升合作能力,以形成各方共建共治共享的社会秩序生产格局。

Good social order is the pursuit of space governance,and also the core issue of space research.The division and renewal of urban space make the suburban space have a certain "local"characteristic,which requires the governors to produce the social order suitable for the space life in the light of local conditions.The paper is based on a case study in G town in Shanghai,the author found that dependence identity constitutes a mechanism for the production of the suburban space social order,that is,the identity of "the government is responsible for me"caused by the housing property,the identity of "only the government can do"caused by the "hukou"institution and the identity of "only the government could change the situation"caused by the cultural conflict,which together form the disequilibrium of the forces of the related actors,then the space social order faces the difficulty of maintenance.The production of social order for a better life examines the consequence of urban development policy,to achieve the goal,the actors should refine the resource distribution in spaces,focus on space consensus and cooperation ability,so as to form a social order production pattern based on collaboration,participation,and common interests.
