摘要
根据某大型贯流式泵站的流道结构特点、材料特性、施工过程和现场环境等因素,运用三维非稳定温度场和应力场有限元的计算程序,对该泵站的大体积混凝土结构在夏季施工过程中的温度场和应力场进行了仿真计算,对施工期间该泵站可能产生的裂缝作出了预测分析.结果表明,仅采用温控措施无法满足防裂要求,遂提出了结构、材料、施工多项综合措施,对施工期应力进行了有效控制.
According to the characteristics of flow channel structure,material properties,construction process and site environment of a large-scale tubular pump station,the mass concrete structure of the pumping station is analyzed by the program of three-dimensional finite elements.The temperature field and stress field during summer construction are simulated;and the probable cracks of the pumping station during the construction period are predicted and analyzed.The results show that only the temperature control measures can not meet the requirements of crack prevention.And then a series of comprehensive measures are put forward, including structure,material and construction,which can effectively control the stress during construction.
