摘要
汽车外覆盖件同一般冲压件相比,具有材料薄、形状复杂、结构尺寸大和表面质量要求高等特点外覆盖件的工艺设计、模具结构设计和模具制造工艺都具有特殊性。在外覆盖件中顶盖外板(天窗)在OP10工序拉伸后通常在OP20侧整形时出现较大起皱现象,给单件、整车匹配、AUDIT带来较大的影响。通过工艺优化,解决了整形起皱问题。
Compared with general stamping parts,automobile outer panels have the characteristics of thin material,complex shape,large structure size and high surface quality requirements.The process design,die structure design and die manufacturing process of the outer panel have particularities.In outer panels,the top outer panel (skylight)usually wrinkles when side shaping in OP20 after stretching in OP10 process,it has great influence on single-piece,vehicle matching and AUDIT.The problem of plastic wrinkling was solved through process optimization.
