摘要
对某薄壁夹芯网格筋整体翼盒精密铸造成型的关键技术进行了系统介绍,从铸件的结构特点、工艺方案选型、铸造模拟仿真、铸件加工质量等方面进行了深入的分析和优化。该薄壁夹芯网格筋整体翼盒精密铸造成型突破了传统采用整体锻件加工后铆接蒙皮方案的成本高、周期长等缺点,同时对于同类结构铸件的整体铸造成型提供了具有重大意义的工艺技术创新途径。
This paper gives a systematic introduction to the key technology of the precision casting of the whole tail wing of a thin-walled sandwich grid,and makes a thorough analysis and optimization from the features of the product,the selection of the process scheme,the simulation of the casting,the quality of the product and so on.The precision casting of the whole tail wing of the thin wall sandwich mesh rib breaks through the disadvantages of high cost and long period of the traditional riveting skin scheme after the whole forging,and provides a significant technological innovation way for the whole casting of similar structure products.
