大连市农业生产生活垃圾资源化利用现状及对策

Status of Resources Utilization of Agricultural Production and Domestic Waste in Dalian City and Its Countermeasures

大连市正在积极推进美丽乡村建设,提出到2020年基本实现美丽乡村建设全覆盖。环境美是美丽乡村建设的首要标准,农业生产生活垃圾又是影响农村环境的重要因素。因此,实现农业生产生活垃圾资源化利用是农村环境治理的重要内容。本文对大连市农业生产生活垃圾资源化利用现状进行了分析,并提出了对策,以期为建设美好的乡村提供参考。

Dalian is promoting the construction of beautiful countryside actively.It is proposed to achieve full coverage of beautiful rural construction by 2020.Environmental beauty is the primary standard for the construction of beautiful rural areas.The waste of agricultural production and domestic is an important factor affecting the rural environment.Therefore,realizing the utilization of agricultural production and domestic waste is an important part of rural environmental governance.The paper analyzed the status of agricultural production and domestic waste resource utilization in Dalian City and put forward the countermeasures in order to provide reference for the construction of beautiful countryside.
