Research Progress on Extraction Methods of Plant Polysaccharides

多糖是一种天然高分子化合物,对人体具有非常重要的生理作用,在医药保健品、化妆品、食品等领域都有广泛应用。多糖的分离提取是多糖应用的关键问题。本文综述了植物多糖提取方法的研究进展,并介绍了每种提取方法的优缺点,以期为植物中多糖的研究提供参考。

Polysaccharide is a natural polymer compound ,which has a very important physiological role in the human body.It is widely used in medicine,health care products,cosmetics,food and other fields.Separation and extraction of polysaccharides is a key issue in the application of polysaccharides.This paper reviewed the research progress of plant polysaccharide extraction methods,and introduced the advantages and disadvantages of each extraction method,in order to provide references for the study of polysaccharides in plants.
